Invent Your Own Characters with kat & duke | Easy Kids Crafts
Is your child’s creativity exploding out of the box? Take things up a notch and let their imagination run WwiILdDd! Our easy kids craft packs are made for specific characters, but of course, they’re just a guideline. We believe the more creative your kiddos can be, the better! Perhaps they’ll imagine an alien dragon, or a lion that wants to be a tiger and ends up as a liger … whatever they can dream, they can do!
The opportunities for imagination with kat & duke kids crafts are endless, but we’ve come up with a few thought-starters to get your creative juices flowing:
- Hear the Jungle Cats Roar!
Create a magical Liger, a lion-tiger hybrid. Start with the lion kat & duke pack, then add tiger stripes with markers or crayons. Or if your kiddos want to be the fastest cat in the jungle, add cheetah spots. No matter what animal they create, they’ll rule the animal kingdom!
- Rock a Robot
(In our most robotic voice) Does.your.kid.like.tech.nol.ogy? Make.a.ro.bot! Start with the kat & duke knight kit, then add colorful buttons and tin foil to really get that silver robot look. And of course, talk in a robot voice all day and bust out your best robot dance moves!
- Animate an Alien
Dragons are magical creatures, so it’s not a stretch to think they’d come from another planet! Start with the kat & duke dragon kit, and then add crazy creations to make it an alien creature. Pipe cleaners with googly eyes on top could give your creature 4 eyes, or make something out of ancient mythology and attach another box for a two-headed creature! Don’t forget your kat & duke kit comes with multiple accessories and sticker options, so use them all in different ways to make your dragon out of this world!
Storybooks and ancient myths are full of crazy creatures not known to mankind, so let your imagination run wild with your kids crafts. These are just a few ideas — what will you create by adding to your kat & duke kit? Comment below and let us know, and show us your creations on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Whatever you create, don’t forget to name your new friend! Kids crafts are always fun with kat & duke & you!
